30-Day Return

Changed course? New, unused products purchased in the last 30 days can come back for an exchange.

  • Within 7 days — the 20% restocking fee is waived
  • Days 8–30 — minimum 20% restocking fee applies
  • Include the original packing slip and Feniex packaging

    Write the FEN number somewhere visible on the package.

    Ship It to Austin

    Send the unit to our returns dock — address below.

    Track the Repair

    Email updates at each stage, tracking when it ships back. We pay the return leg.
